LedgerMCP: Billing and Refund Policy

Most of LedgerMCP is free, which keeps this policy short. It applies only to
the paid feature: live bank feeds (the Starter, Growth, and Scale plans).
The free tier needs no policy
Unlimited books, CSV and manual transactions, all reports, and full AI/MCP
access are free forever. No card is required, nothing expires, and nothing in
this policy limits the free tier.
Paid plans
- Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or annually. Annual billing
includes two months free compared to paying monthly.
- Plans are priced by the number of connected bank accounts, pooled across
every book in your account. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades
take effect at the start of the next billing period.
Cancellation
Cancel anytime from Settings → Billing: no email required, no retention
flow. When you cancel:
- Live bank feeds continue through the end of the period you already paid for,
then stop.
- Your books are untouched. All data, reports, and agent access remain
available on the free tier, and you can export everything to CSV at any time.
Refunds
- Monthly plans: charges for the current month are generally not refunded.
Cancel and the plan simply ends at the period close. If something went wrong
(a double charge, a plan change that didn't apply, feeds that never worked),
email us and we will make it right.
- Annual plans: within 30 days of an annual charge, we will refund the
unused portion on request. After 30 days, we will convert the remaining value
to monthly service or handle it case by case.
- To request a refund, email
support@ledgermcp.com with "Billing" in the
subject from the email on your account.
Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails, we retry and email you. Feeds pause if payment
cannot be collected; your books stay intact and free-tier features keep
working. Reconnect a payment method to resume feeds; nothing is deleted.
